Description:

Artistic rendering of Cokes Chapel, United Methodist Church, in Sharpsburg, GA. This is a double-sided ornament. Side 1 and side 2 have the same image. 

Timeline of the founding: 

1833: the church was founded as Cokesberry Chapple (sic). An arbor at Burt Hill farm. The first pastor was William W. Steagall.

1842: moved to 600 square foot property at the current site with a log cabin and a spring purchased by the Trustees from Mark Smith for $25. 

1850: R.D. Cole mfg. of Newnan built the existing wooden sanctuary on the present site. Cost $1,100.

1857: Michael F. Costello hewed granite stone steps for carriages and ladies to dismount their horses.

This Cokes Chapel Ornament (Sharpsburg, GA) would make a great gift for friends and family.

It is made from high quality, 2-sided sublimation hardboard, which has been laser cut to match the shape of ornament. The ornaments are 1/8" thick.

It was designed and created by a self-proclaimed music obsessed, lifelong marching band nerd, who is very excited to donate 50% of the sales price of each of these ornaments sold to a local marching band. Comes ready to hang with the included cord.
